Hanne’s passionate belief is that whatever it is you want to succeed at in life, whether it be as a leader or a team member, a parent or a friend, communication can make the whole difference.
With her background from the performing arts, having made a living from acting, singing, radio journalism and writing for over 15 years, Hanne got creative about her competencies around the year 2000. How could all this knowledge from the world of arts be put to use for other people? The idea of Ergo;ego was born. The company has since delivered trainings and programs in more than 25 countries and on three continents.
Today she divides her attention between top executive performance coaching in the worlds of business and politics, working with larger groups and teams, keynote deliveries, and developing and running the company she founded twenty years ago.
In 2008 Hanne was nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year in her native Norway.
Hannes first book, “The Communication Code”, was published by a major Norwegian publishing house, Kagge Forlag, in 2018.
Hanne’s specialties include individual performance coaching, speech and content design, strategic communication consultancy for leaders, strategic storytelling, large group facilitation, media training, leader and team development, motivational coaching, and more.
She has also developed a specialty in delivering sustainable “green” communication wherever needed. She and the team have worked for WWF, Amnesty International, and more. The company prides itself in helping companies and NGOs deliver communication that works, and are currently delivering leadership programs to leadership teams from the UN on their 2030 agenda.
When she’s not on the meter, Hanne loves to whip up a decent meal, to knit and play outdoors.
