Forum Theatre turns those workplace challenges into live and interactive learning. It really is the art and science of communication. We carefully research your company’s culture and real challenges— then bring them to life on your very own private stage – with sensitivity, humour and insight. The professionalism goes without saying.
Typically, you will enjoy two or three connected short scenes, illuminating different parts of one and the same story – whatever story it is that you have chosen for your unique forum theatre experience.
The audience will recognise [themselves or others, the situation and challenges and the mindsets and behaviours revealed. Then they discuss what they’ve just seen and heard, before their very eyes—— and help create a better version in real time, carefully facilitated by our experienced facilitators and trainers.
We then replay the scenes with your input, showing how even small adjustments (mindset, behaviour, communication style) can make big shifts in culture, trust and collaboration. It’s always real, often funny, raw, and always incredibly effective.
Forum theatre works well as a stand-alone event, as part of a workshop, or as a showpiece element within a longer learning journey (the courses you choose). And yes, we do it live, before your very eyes.
