Saul is a charismatic and highly experienced British consultant, based in Norway. He holds a Masters in Law from Cambridge University and spent a decade as an international business lawyer before moving into theatre, BBC radio journalism and consultancy.
For over 25 years he has designed and led high-performance training programmes for a colourful range of leaders and teams , from many industires, from many countries.
His expertise spans leadership, negotiation and influencing, pitching, personal presence and impact and storytelling.

Berit is direct, humorous and known for quickly spotting what makes people shine. With more than 30 years of experience in media, broadcasting, music and coaching, she has a rare ability to combine technical insights with human warmth and wisdom.
Her expertise is rooted in high performance in front of and behind the TV camera and radio microphone, and as producer, project leader and writer for large media productions. Berit has also worked as an adviser at the Norwegian Parliament.

Randi creates a calm and safe space where people can grow as communicators, on whatever platform. With over 25 years of experience, she has guided countless professionals beyond stage fright and into assured presence and impact.
Her career started on stage [and screen] as an actress and later expanded into leadership development, consulting, innovation and diversity training, giving her a deep and instinctive understanding of both people and organisations.

Marius is highly gregarious, driven by his connections with people – their uniqueness, their cultures, and their potential.
With a background in acting and theatre science from the National College of the Arts in Norway, combined with training as a Co-Active Coach, he helps professionals unlock their most authentic communication style.

Ida brings a unique combination of performance and communication expertise. With formal training (and a wonderful playbook) as a singer and actress, she has performed nationally and internationally on some of the biggest stages.
Ida is also in high demand as a keynote speaker alongside her role as an expertcommunication trainer.
Her focus is on how you truly come across to others – especially through body language and voice.

Eivin knows what it’s like to stand in the spotlight and perform, especially when the pressure’s on. With more than 15 years as a professional actor on major stages across Europe, he has mastered the art of capturing and holding an audience. Kristin brings both artistry and precision to her work with communication. With a background that spans stage, screen and leadership – entrepreneurship too – she combines creative intuition with a sharp understanding of people and what helps them truly to connect.
She holds a BA in Acting from East 15 Acting School in London, together with a Business and Communication degree from BI Norwegian Business School. Her career has taken her from theatre productions and film sets to the boardroom, where she led a major Norwegian NGO for seven years, with great success. All this proud experience has shaped her distinctiveapproach: grounded, attentive and always guided by authenticity.
Kristin works with leaders and professionals who want to strengthen their presence and voice — in meetings, on stage or behind the microphone. Known for her calm clarity and meticulous ear for tone, she helps clients find the balance between control and expression, form and feeling.
Outside the training room, Kristin lends her expert voice skills to storytelling audiobooks and officiates weddings as a humanist celebrant — two roles that, in their own ways, celebrate the power of language to bring people closer together.
